XC6201P182MR是一款高精度, 低功耗, 3引脚LDO正电压调整器芯片, 此系列芯片采用了CMOS生产工艺和激光微调技术,在输出电流较大的情况下,输入输出的压差也能很小。
XC6201P182MR芯片内部包括一个电流限制电路,一个驱动三极管,一个高精度的参考电压源和一个误差运算放大器。输出电压范围是从1.3V到 6.0V,间隔为100mV。
XC6201P182MR有SOT-25(250mW),SOT-89(500mW), TO-92(300mW)三种封装形式可供选择。

DC/DC 转换器为转变输入电压后有效输出固定电压的电压转换器。DC/DC转换器分为三类:升压型DC/DC转换器、***型DC/DC转换器以及升***型 DC/DC转换器。根据客户需求可采用三类控制。PWM控制型效率高并具有良好的输出电压纹波和噪声。PFM控制型即使长时间使用,尤其小负载时具有耗电小的优点。PWM/PFM转换型小负载时实行PFM控制,且在重负载时自动转换到PWM控制。
