VSS-Umwelttechnik offers a new type of Venturi scrubber system Bayer-Reither with hybrid nozzles for the separation of aerosols and fine dusts. These scrubbers (system Bayer-Reither) are marketed under licence with Reither Venturiwäscher GmbH.
This Venturi scrubber (see illustration) is a compact, reliable c***truction which implements highly efficient separation of fine dusts with near to zero pressure loss.
Fine dust and aerosol separation is possible for particle sizes in the submicron range, as well as simultaneous gas absorption, for emissi*** which, besides dust, show proporti*** of oils, particulate matters, acids or water vapour.
At a grain size of 1 μm, 99% of the particles may be separated.
The simple c***truction allows trouble-free retrofitting. Existing fans usually do not need to be replaced.
