Function
Pressure vessels are used to supply the material into
the single acting piston pumps where the material is
metered at the pre-selected ratio. If pasty media is
supplied, optional drum pumps are ***ailable. The
pumps are driven by stepper motors.
The system is controlled by a metering computer.
This enables integration into semi or fully automated
production processes.
The MICRO-MIX S is fitted with a static mixing
system that includes a twin snuffer valve combined
with a disposable static mixer.
Should mixed material be allowed to cure in the
mixer, it can be replaced simply and inexpensively,
thus ***oiding a time c***uming, expensive and
environmentally damaging flushing cycle.
