3、自吸离心泵

自吸泵是靠泵自身的特殊结构而产生自吸作用的单级单吸离心泵，称为自吸离心泵。和普通离心泵相比，在泵体结构上有显著差别：一是泵进口位置提高，有时还装上吸入阀；二是在出水侧设置了一个气水分离室。

泵外自吸泵，是在泵外加有自吸装置，如带有旋涡泵、水环真空泵、射流泵以及手动泵等。

自吸泵与普通离心泵相比，具有结构紧凑、使用操作简单，不但省去了起动前灌大量引水的麻烦，铜叶轮混流泵，也省去了进水管低阀，减少了进水阻力，增加泵的出水量，但与同规格的普通离心泵的效率相比要低3%～5%。自吸泵较多的是应用在轻小型喷灌机组和管道灌机组上。

3、水泵出水量不足

1、清除水草杂物

2、调整转数

3、降低输水高度

4、用纸垫调整间隙至正常

5、压紧或更换填料

6、加大马力

7、增加插入水中深度至一米左右

4、注意填料的冷却情况，填料的的调整，不可太紧，移动小车混流泵，以液体能一滴一滴漏出为准，混流泵，填料太紧发热、消耗功率。填料太松、使水泵中的液体漏损过多，降低效率。

it is ok that the fluid can leak in drops.The temperature will be high if the

padding is too tight which c***umes power.If the padding is too loose， the

fluid leaks too much， the efficiency will be lower.
