GN 611 Threaded bolt spring plungers long stroke
•Black oxide steel body partially coated with PFB blue instant locking patch for threads (see page 000).
•Black oxide ground hardened plunger.
•Steel spring with normal endforce (type L) or with he***y endforce(type LS with not burnished hexagon socket).
•Working temperature from -50° C to +90° C.
The slot on the plunger side is provided for blind hole application. A special screw driver GN 611.5-M is ***ailable.
On request and for sufficient quantities MVK red locking patch for threads (L-MVK, LS-MVK) are ***ailable (see page 676); working temperature from -40° C to +170° C.
GN 611 long stroke threaded spring plungers are normally used for machining metal sheet as ejectors, for push-on or push-off operati*** or as cushioners.
