***、血浆中的DNA提取—DNA提取***盒（西宝生物）
DNA提取***盒(DNA Extractorreg; SP Kit)－本***盒可从***或血浆中***提取DNA片段。因基于***(NaI)法，整个实验操作可在单一的微型离心管中完成，且不使用具有***性的酚/***。近期，不同***症患者(如***、******和***患者)***或血浆中的***特异性***的扩增检测已经实现(参考文献见下)。本***盒由于其高品质和高产率使其成为一个功能强大的目标DNA检测分析的预处理***。

1. 可从小量***和血浆中提取高产率DNA(约100％)
2. 操作安全：不需要酚/***
3. ***低限度的污染：整个提取的DNA可以在一个单一的离心管中完成。

[***盒组成]
1. 酶反应液1 vial x 10 mL
2. 蛋白消化液1 vial x 250 uL
3. ***溶液1 vial x 15 mL
4. 乙醇溶液1 vial x 30 mL
5. 清洗液A 1 vial x 50 mL
6. 清洗液B 1 vial x 50 mL
[标准操作步骤]
100ul sample of serum or pla***a：
+200ul of enzyme reaction solution and mix briefly
+5ul of protein digestion solution and vortex. Incubate at 56℃for 10min.
+300ul of sodium lodide solution and mix briefly
+600ul of alcohol solution and cubate at room temperature for 10min
Centrifuge at 12000"20000 *g for 10 min,at room temperature.
Pellet：
+1ml of washing solution (A) to the pellet and vortex.
Centrifuge at 12000"20000 *g for 5 min,at room temperature.
Pellet：
+1ml of washing solution (B) to the pellet and vortex.
Centrifuge at 12000"20000 *g for 5 min,at room temperature
Pellet：
Dry thye pellet well for about 5 min,at about 65℃
Adequate volume (10"20ul) of TE(pH8.0) or D.W and vortex.
Dissolve the pellet completely with cortex mixer and incubate at about 65℃for 3"5min.
