XC9128/XC9129系列是能使用陶瓷电容, 0.2Ω内置N-沟道驱动器三极管及0.2ΩP-沟道同步整流开关三极管的升压同步整流DC/DC转换器。通过降低内置三极管的低通态开路电阻使输入电流能达到1.0A。实现了***率, 安定地驱动电流。
当负载为1kΩ时,输入电压从0.8V开始工作,当负载为33Ω时,输入电压从0.9V(设定为VOUT=3.3V时)开始工作,因此只需使用1组碱性电池即可工作。
