电阻应变仪法测试镀层内应力
本方法是利用电阻丝的伸缩而产生的电阻值变化的原理来测量镀层内应力。在一个100mm X20mm×2mm、表面粗糙度 Ra≤0.4 的碳钢片试样表面上,将市售应变片(由电阻丝制成)用 88 号胶黏剂粘贴固定,并焊接所需长度的导线,然后用相应绝缘涂料将试样和应变片背面全部涂覆,接头部位应严格绝缘(要求达到50MΩ绝缘电阻),经电阻应变仪进行双桥平衡后,置于电解槽中,按规定的电流密度和时间进行电镀。当试样单面沉积金属镀层后,由于镀层产生应力,导致应变片相应收缩而改变其电阻值。镀后取出试样,清洗、吹干后在电阻应变仪上测量应变量,按计算镀层内应力的公式即可算出。
测定时,应注意下列事项:
①胶黏剂及绝缘涂料应根据所用镀液的 pH 值和温度来选择。
②应变片必须紧贴试样表面,不允许有气泡存在。
③为防止应变值随时间变化,镀后测量的间歇时间每次均应一致。
