AZA2,azaspiracid-2,CRM-AZA2,原多甲藻酸贝类***,腹泻性贝毒,DSP
Azaspiracid was first discovered in Ireland in 1995 after a human intoxication event was linked to the c***umption of shellfish and has since been observed in wide areas of West and Northwest Europe. The origin of the neurotoxin azaspiracid has been identified as the dinoflagellate Azadinium spinosum [1]. Azaspiracid-2 (AZA2, 8-methyl-azaspiracid) is a methyl homologue of AZA1 produced directly by the source organi*** [1]. Intoxication symptoms can include nausea, stomach cramps, headache, vomiting and diarrhea. The maximum permissible total level of AZA1, -2, and -3 in shellfish is currently 0.16 mg/kg in whole tissue.
