BJ-Gear offers standard AC motors from stock. We keep in stock motors from ABB for immediate delivery. The motors meet the new requirements in terms of efficiency (IE2) in accordance with EU directive. In addition, we collaborate with a number of other suppliers of AC motors, where there are special requirements for the performance, function or price.

To complement our stainless steel gears, we also offer stainless steel AC motors from stock. The motors are manufactured in acid-proof stainless steel and in protection classes from IP66 to IP69K. The motors are ***ailable as TENV (Totally Enclosed Non ventilated) up to effects of 0.75 kW or as TEFV (Totally Enclosed Fan ventilated). The motors are standard equipped with thermistors. The completely ***ooth surface makes them ideal for use within the food industry or where cleanability is very important, like for instance within the food and process industry or Healthcare. The total solution will be a perfect tran***ission solution satisfying the strict hygiene requirements made by these industries.

If DC, servo, air or hydraulic motors are needed in connection with our own produced products, we cooperate with competent manufacturers, which make it possible to deliver complete soluti***. Motors are supplied in standard versi*** or customized to your specificati***.

All gears and actuators from BJ-Gear can be supplied with or without attached motor. The advantage by allowing us to be in charge of handling a complete supply is that we can ensure a proper fitting and make sure that the complete unit is tested before delivery.

We h***e wide experience in motor technology and can offer motors at attractive prices, whether using AC motors, DC motors, servo motors, hydraulic motors, air motors or other motor types. The motors can be supplied in cast iron, aluminum or stainless steel design.

Beyond the supply of gear motors, we also offer you to dimension and fit with other tran***ission components such as electromechanical brakes, electromechanical switches, encoders, mechanical couplings and gear wheels. All this from our own stock and at competitive prices.
