Spiral Bevel Gearboxes
All bold-marked, preferred gearboxes in the sizes 01 - B1 with ratio i=1:1 may be delivered quicker than other gearboxes.
Please, ask for them!
TANDLER spiral bevel gearboxes are suitable for use in all cases where direction changes or branch-off connecti*** are required in rotary tran***ission engineering. They can be mounted in any position or arrangement as the gearbox is of rectangular design, with all faces machined. The input axis can be located on the right or left, as required. Ratios up to 6:1 speed reducing and up to 1:2 speed increasing are ***ailable up to 8000 Nm. 8 gearbox sizes provide output torque capacities and each size can be provided in seven different variants.
Spiral bevel gearboxes are applied where quiet changes of direction of high speed and high torque rotary tran***ission are required. The gearboxes are used in a wide variety of industrial applicati***, particularly, printing, packaging, mechanical handling, textile and chemical industries for all direction changes of rotary motion control and regulating operati*** where low mechanical play is needed.
One Way and Two Way Auxiliary Gearboxes (Multi Shaft Gearboxes). They permit branching from the input shaft horizontally in X and Y as well as upwa*** and downwa*** (Z axis) from i=1.25 upwa***. If further outputs are required, standard version gearboxes can be equipped with horizontal and vertical driven shafts.
The standard material for the gearbox casing is gray cast iron, all series are also ***ailable in aluminium, corrosion proof with nickel-plated gearbox housings or Tan-Ox heat treated.

Speed Modulation Gearboxes
TANDLER speed modulation gearboxes are the perfect solution for any application requiring shaft phasing, precise registration or narrow range speed control. Forwa*** or backwa*** speed modulation is generated when the worm shaft d3 which engages the outer sun wheel, is rotated.
