General Description
HMD-B HOT MELT MACHINE is designed for the hot melt of insulating glass with aluminum spacer. It is of the second generation of equipment with the same model. It is ***all and light, easy to operate and repair and has stable control over temperature. Operation can be carried out after preheating of half an hour.

Installation and Trial Run
a) No special conditi*** are required except that the operation site is kept clean.
b) Make sure the power be connected correctly in accordance with the requirements.
c) Put the designated rubber block in the rubber box, set the temperature (reference degree being 150℃-170℃) and preheat it for about 30 minutes.
d) When the set temperatures of the rubber and rubber pipe h***e been satisfied, triggering the rubber gun can extrude the hot melt.
Special Explanati***
a) The extruding speed could be regulated, which is advised not to be too fast in the beginning. In view of different temperatures of different points in the hot melt when it is first extruded, a ***all amount of extrusion is recommended before formal extrusion is carried out.
b) The operation should not be conducted unless the rubber pump reaches its set temperature. (Inside the machine, protective setting is designed, so the motor will not work if set temperature is not satisfied.)
c) The fluid rubber level should be kept above the heater by adding the rubber blocks timely according to its c***umption.
d) The inclusion of foreign matter is strictly prohibited to protect the machine.
e) After operation, le***e enough rubber in the rubber box for next heating and then turn off the power.
f) Hang the rubber gun on the slinger when it is not used.
Note: Do not touch the gun mouth and the cover of the rubber box to ***oid injury.
