Machine for grinding and finishing, CNC 6 axis, modular tools

Principle:

A simultaneous 5 axis part holding unit operates against a tool holder turret 4 spindle outputs.

Various accessories can be mounted on the spindles of the turret (discs, endless band, brush, felt devices, etc) and modulate them as needed.

All accessories for Crevoisier C-501 lapping machines are compatible with this machine.

Example :

Clamping on the part holding unit is made with a pneumatic expanding collet (case, bezel) or with an Erowa clamping system (links, snaps, ***les).

Possibility to fit the machine with a loader.
