工作原理：
在清理室中加入规定数量的工件，机器启动后，滚筒开始旋转，吊钩抛丸除锈机，被清理的工件由橡胶履带带动在滚筒内作连续均匀的翻转，同时抛丸器***抛出弹丸形成扇形弹束，均匀的打在工件表面上，从而达到清理和强化的目的。抛出的弹丸及砂粒，经橡胶履带均匀排布的小孔流入清理室底部的钢板筛上，钢板筛将较大颗粒筛出钢丸及细砂落至筛下的螺旋输送器，被送入提升机内，由提升机提至丸砂分离器中进行分离，粉尘由风机吸送至滤筒式除尘器内经滤筒过滤，清洁空气排放大气，滤筒上的灰尘有脉冲反吹落入除尘器下部集尘箱内，定期除尘。旧砂经流砂管流入废砂桶内（用户自备）。由分离器中钢板筛筛下的较大颗粒与未能分离完成的丸砂混合物，除锈机，经流丸管流入清理室。重新参加分离，分离后干净的弹丸，经流丸管再次流入抛丸器内重新开始抛丸工作。
