媒介生物人工气候（库蓝人工气候类）
媒介生物实验室是研究媒介生物及传播***病、***病的环境模拟试验装置。中国***预防控制中心一期工程媒介生物模拟实验室，主要用于模拟环境条件下***杀虫效果测试和环境因素对重要病媒生物的生物学和生态学的影响评价，由2 个房间和相关控制系统，配套设备构成。
模拟房一用于媒介生物的生物测定，要求温湿度、光照、二氧化碳气体浓度可控，其中温度：16 ～ 40℃可调，精度&plu***n;1℃ ；湿度35-95% 可调，精度小于&plu***n;8% ；光照为均匀分布面光源，灯下一米测量强度为200-3000lux ；二氧化碳气体可调范围300-15000ppm ；结构为双层夹套结构，材料为玻璃材质；实验期间气流形成内循环，空气不与外界交换。
模拟房二主要用于人工气候的模拟，可做广泛的试验用途，要求温湿度、光照、二氧化碳气体浓度可控，其中温度4 ～ 45℃可调，精度&plu***n;1℃ ；湿度20-95% 可调，精度小于&plu***n;8% ；光照与太阳光峰值拟合，为均匀分布面光源，灯下一米测量光照强度为200-20000lux，二氧化碳气体可调范围300-15000ppm ；玻璃房内环境可调正负压差25Pa。
Vector laboratory is an environmental simulation tester that studies vectors, infectious disease and parasitic disease. Vector simulation laboratory, the first-stage project of China disease prevention and control center, which is c***ist of two rooms, related control systems and corollary equipments, is mainly used for drug insecticidal effect test under the simulation environment and the evaluation of the influences of environmental factors on the major vectors’ biology and ecological.
The simulation room is first used for the biological test of vectors, which requires that the temperature, humidity, illumination and gas strength of carbon dioxide should be controlled. The temperature is that 16～40℃can be adjusted. The precision is &plu***n;1℃. The humidity is that 35-95% can be adjusted. The precision is less than &plu***n;8%. The illumination is equally distributed area light and the measure intensity one meter in the light is 200-3000lux. The adjustable carbon dioxide range is 300-15000ppm. The structure is double clip set and the material is glass. During the experience the airflow is internal recycle that the air inside does not exchange with the outside.
The simulation room is second used for the simulation of artificial climate. It has extensive test applicati***, which requires that the temperature, humidity, illumination and gas strength of carbon dioxide should be controlled. The temperature is that 4～45℃can be adjusted. The precision is &plu***n;1℃. The humidity is that 20-95% can be adjusted. The precision is less than &plu***n;8%. The illumination fitting with the sunlight peak is equally distributed area light and the measure intensity one meter in the light is 200-20000lux. The adjustable carbon dioxide range is 300-15000ppm. The adjustable plus-minus differential pressure of environment in glass room is 25Pa.
