线性模组又叫直线模组,它是通过电机带动,软件控制。模组里面的元件,包括双轴心导轨,丝杆,线轨,皮带等。元件的尺寸是依据工业机械手的承载决定的。
而每款线性模组的参数涉及到重复***精度,直线度,有效行程。里面的元件的参数决定整个线性模组的参数。所以当与销售工程师沟通的时候,要把这些要求阐述清楚,以便销售工程师提供合理的解决方案。
线性模组依据材料来划分,可以分为铝合金和铁制。铁质材料抗扭曲度要强于铝合金,制作材料和工艺成本比较高,所以进口铁质线性模组一般情况下用于精度要求很高的传动设备。如果考虑性价比,用于精度要求非常高的传功设备,如配件抓取环节,那么选铝合金很合适。
价格一般要比铁质便宜一半,同时能够达到同样的效果
