BAE Batterien GmbH is a medium-sized privay owned company with a long tradition of manufacturing lead-acid batteries. We produce our high quality batteries in Berlin since 1899. Our products are made according to the highest (environmental) standa***. We are DIN-certificated viz. DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001.
BAE is worldwide active and our core business is in the production and sales of stationary batteries for the use in back-up power soluti*** for Utilities, ecommunication as well as UPS for industrial applicati***. Besides we can provide the engineering and the installation of the system.
During the last years BAE has also strongly developed its market POSTTTION as a supplier to the renewable energy sector. BAE batteries are well known for their high lifecycle and low maintenance, which make them especially suitable to the strongly growing off-grid PV-market. That these qualities are very well respected is confirmed by the impressive customer reference list.
BAE follows market developments and research trends closely, which is why we also strongly focus on cooperation with several university-level instituti***. 产品特点
◆ 板栅 板栅采用耐腐蚀性好的特种铅钙合金制成，板栅结构优化设计，电流在极板上分布均匀，减少极板压降，提高电池放电性能，自放电率极低，电池寿命长。
◆ 极板 极板采用专用活性物质配方，活性物质利用率提高，电池的大电流放电性能和充电接受能力提高，可适用于大电流冲击放电的使用要求。
◆ 隔板 选用高孔率、低电阻、耐腐蚀的高品质AGM隔板，电解液充足，高倍率放电性能好。
◆ 电解液 采用高纯度电解液，提高了活性物质利用率，降低了电池的自放电。
◆ 安全阀 阀体采用阻燃ABS材料，结构设计独特，其开启、合阀压力***，保证电池安全、可靠运行。
◆ 电池槽、盖 由阻燃ABS材料制成，高强度、耐腐蚀，外观光泽亮丽。
◆ 极柱 极柱嵌有大直径铜芯，提***子电流负荷能力，电池内阻小。极柱与电池盖采用机械密封和密封胶双重密封结构，电池达到完全密封，避免极柱爬酸。
◆ 单体电池 由一个单格构成（较大容量的电池为保证电池槽强度而设置中格，而电池内部仍为并联），有效地保证了单体电池电气性能的均衡性。电池内部设置极群***装置，保证电池各部分隔板压缩一致，保证酸液均匀分布。
◆ 电池组 电池外部连接采用铜芯软电缆密封连接，防止电池端子与连接条氧化、腐蚀。电池可以组合成架使用，也可以置地安装使用。
