脑(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是由于***退行性变、脑血管病变、***、外伤、***、营养代谢障碍等多种原因引起的一组***群,是***在意识清醒的状态下出现的持久的***的智能减退,表现为***、计算力、判断力、注意力、抽象思维能力、语言功能减退,情感和行为障碍,***生活和工作能力丧失。

脑退化症症多起病于老年期,潜隐起病,病程缓慢且不可逆,临床上以智能损害为主。病理改变主要为皮质弥漫性萎缩,沟回增宽,脑室扩大,***元大量减少,并可见老年斑 (SP),***原纤维结(NFT)等病变,***乙酰化酶及乙酰***含量显著减少。起病在65岁以前者旧称老年病前期***呆,或早老性***呆,多有同病家族史,病情发展较快,颞叶及顶叶病变较显著,常有失语和失用。65岁以上发病者称晚发型***呆,多为散发,病变发展较慢,研究发现,除了发病年龄早晚有区别外,它们在临床症状和脑病理改变方面明显不同。
