(3)改变磨矿介质形状

可选用椭圆球介质代替现用圆球介质，椭圆球与圆球相比，其优点如下:

球磨机安装:

a)清除安装设备基础预留孔内***，尤其孔内壁不得有灰尘、油污、水及其他液体;

b)拆开包装箱后，采用适当的起重设施(吊车/叉车)将主机移至安装位置;

c)将设备摆好位置，地脚螺栓安装孔中，球磨机，将随机带的"活脚"穿上地脚螺柱后焊接于机架的底盘上，然后方可进行二次灌浆;

d)安装好24小时水泥上来强度后才能拧紧螺帽加载试机;

e)接入电源;
