Da shi zhi bodhisattva: also known as da shi bodhisattva， or shi zhi for short. Both bodhisattva and guanyin bodhisattva protect all living beings， and are widely respected as bodhisattvas who are on their deathbed to welcome the world to come. The great power has deep origin with maitreya and ***alokitesvara. Before maitreya became a Buddha， he served with ***alokitesvara bodhisattva. In the future， he will follow the ***alokitesvara bodhisattva and become a Buddha.

通常所见阿弥陀佛的像约有三种：一为说：两手分开，左手在上，右手在下，各以拇指拈着食指（左第二指），及无名指（右第四指），站立对众说法。二为接引像：左手持金莲花，平胸而立，右手下垂，作接引众生状。

There are usually three kinds of images of amitabha Buddha: one is the image: the two hands are separated， the left hand is on the top， the right hand is on the bottom， each thumb with the index finger (the second left finger)， and the ring finger (the fourth right finger)， standing to the crowd. The second is to take the lead: holding the golden lotus flower in the left hand， standing with flat chest， and drooping the right hand， to make the lead sentient beings.
