抛丸除锈机
利用高压空气带出石英砂喷射到构件表面达到的一种除锈方法。石英砂的来源有：河砂、海砂及人造砂等。砂的成本低且来源广泛，但对环境污染大；除锈完全靠人工操作，除锈后的构件表面粗糙度小，不易达到摩擦系数的要求。海砂在使用前应祛除其盐份。以上两种除锈方法对环境湿度要求小于85%。除锈机除锈等级标准的要求***标准GB8923—88《涂装前钢材表面修饰等级和除锈等级》将除锈等级分成喷射或抛射除锈、手工和动力除锈、火焰除锈三种类型：（1）、喷射或抛射除锈，用字母“Sa”表示。分四个等级：Sa1 轻度的喷射或抛射除锈。钢材表面无可见的油脂或污物，没有附着不牢的氧化皮、铁锈和油漆涂层等附着物。Sa2 彻底地喷射或抛射除锈。钢材表面应无可见的油脂和污垢、氧化皮、铁锈等附着物已基本清除，钢板预处理抛丸除锈机，其残留物应是牢固附者的。钢材表面均匀布置抛丸后形成的抛射凹痕，抛丸除锈机，抗滑移系数达到0.35～0.45。Sa2.5 非常彻底地喷射或抛射除锈。钢材表面应无可见的油脂、污垢、氧化皮、铁锈和油漆涂层等附着物，任何残留的痕迹应仅是点状或条状的轻微***。钢材表面均匀布置抛丸后形成的抛射凹痕，抗滑移系数达到0.45～0.5。Sa3 使钢材表观洁净的喷射或抛射除锈。钢材表面应无可见的油脂、污垢、氧化皮、铁锈和油漆等附着物，该表面应显示均匀的金属光泽。

抛丸除锈机
工作原理：
在清理室中加入规定数量的工件，线型抛丸除锈机，机器启动后，滚筒开始旋转，被清理的工件由橡胶履带带动在滚筒内作连续均匀的翻转，抛丸除锈机，同时抛丸器***抛出弹丸形成扇形弹束，均匀的打在工件表面上，从而达到清理和强化的目的。抛出的弹丸及砂粒，经橡胶履带均匀排布的小孔流入清理室底部的钢板筛上，钢板筛将较大颗粒筛出钢丸及细砂落至筛下的螺旋输送器，被送入提升机内，由提升机提至丸砂分离器中进行分离，粉尘由风机吸送至滤筒式除尘器内经滤筒过滤，清洁空气排放大气，滤筒上的灰尘有脉冲反吹落入除尘器下部集尘箱内，定期除尘。旧砂经流砂管流入废砂桶内（用户自备）。由分离器中钢板筛筛下的较大颗粒与未能分离完成的丸砂混合物，经流丸管流入清理室。重新参加分离，分离后干净的弹丸，经流丸管再次流入抛丸器内重新开始抛丸工作。
