QG系列钢管内外壁抛丸清理机是一种组合清理钢管内外壁的清理机，通过抛丸来清理钢管的外表面，通过抛喷丸清理内表面，使表面的氧化皮均祛除掉。该机主要利用***强力抛丸器抛出的高速丸流，抛打位于室体内的旋转工件表面与内腔上，去掉其它的粘砂、锈层、焊渣、氧化皮及其杂物，使之获得精细的光洁表面。提高了漆膜与钢材表面的附着力，并提高钢材的耐用强度和抗腐蚀能力，改善了钢材的内在质量，延长其使用寿命。

除锈抛丸机

在环境保护日益受到重视，无酸洗拉丝除锈机的发明和成功应用，对拉丝行业是一项***少、出效快的有利于环保和增产节约的技术改造新途径。该设备的应用大大减轻了劳动强度，改善了车间工作环境，消除了废酸污染排放，降低了生产成本和能耗，为钢丝表面清洗开创了一条新途径，达到了国内水平。为防治工业污染，实行清洁生产创造了有利条件，经济效益和社会效益明显。无酸洗拉丝除锈机主要针对线材的除锈。无酸洗剥壳除锈机主要由变速箱五轮脱壳机构、可调节交叉抛物线钢丝刷轮、全封闭除锈室、强迫润滑装置、拉丝模架和电气控制系统组成。线材直接从导向模送入，脱壳机构剥壳后，自动进入全封闭除锈室，线材二次除锈由交叉设置的两对抛物线钢丝刷轮的高速旋转来完成。每个钢丝刷轮90°X4=360°二次抛光的这种结构设计，能使线材经过2次除锈后，表面光亮如新，效果十分显著，且刷轮使用寿命长，一般连续使用8个月以上，调换也十分方便。干润滑箱拉丝模架设有润滑粉盒和拉丝模具盒，附加上强迫润滑装置能使除锈后材料表面涂压上一层润滑粉，在模具和强迫润滑管内形成一个80公斤的高压，能把固体润滑粉溶解到半固体状态，润滑粉能牢牢吸附钢丝表面上，降低拉丝模的损耗和材料的润滑延伸度，润滑厚薄可调整，利于后道工序加工。可直接紧靠连接到拉丝机。整机采用可调式底座，无需做水泥基础，只要调解整机高低位置，使拉丝模芯与拉丝机对应即可。由此形成一条从盘条送入到产出光亮丝的连续化无酸洗拉丝生产线。线材脱落的氧化铁皮落入积尘口收集。锈渣由封闭的除锈出灰门及吸尘机收集。因此整机工作时无粉尘飞扬，整机噪音在65分贝以下，使拉丝车间保持清洁。
