一、 用途：
管材落锤冲击仪适用于对塑料、玻璃、陶瓷等非金属材料试样或制品进行冲击试验，是用以评价材料抗冲击性能的一种测试仪器。同时，也可以对同种材料、同种规格的试样进行冲击对比试验，以鉴定材料质量的优劣。对通过法和梯度法两种试验方法均适用。

四、 管材落锤冲击仪试验机主要的构造及原理：
1、 试验机主要由工作台、防止二次冲击机构、支承管、导管、锤体、V型体及自动落锤机构、减速器、电控箱和机座组成。
2、 管材落锤冲击仪试验机工作原理：
在试验机导管内安装一个开合夹具，夹具与电磁铁相接，电磁铁固定在钢丝绳一端，通过电机及减速箱的运转，带动夹具提升锤体，锤体自动升到所需高度时，按动落锤开关，电磁铁动作，开合夹具打开，使锤体在导管内自由落下，冲击在试样上，达到测试目的。冲击能量可根据锤体质量及冲击高度计算得出结果。当锤体冲击试样后，试样没破碎使锤体产生反弹时，光电信号控制抱锤体机构迅速将反弹锤体夹（接）住，达到防止二次冲击的目的。安放试样的V型铁安装在工作台下方，两侧安装有二根丝杆，通过手轮的转动带动丝杆旋转V型铁升降，来确定试样直径大小。
