CPNP是什么？
The Co***etic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) is an online notification system created for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on co***etic products. When a product has been notified in the CPNP, there is no need for any further notification at national level within the EU.
化妆产品通报（CPNP）是由欧盟化妆品***EC No 1223/2009为实现化妆品监管而创建的一种在线通报系统。当一个产品已在CPNP上通报了，则不再需要在化妆品的销售国进行单独通报。
Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 requires that the resp***ible pers*** and, under certain circumstances, the distributors of co***etic products submit some information about the products they place or make ***ailable on the European market through the CPNP.
新欧盟化妆品***(EC) No 1223/2009要求责任人，在特定条件下，化妆品分销商需通过CPNP提交将在欧盟上市或可能上市的产品的相关信息。
The CPNP is making this information ***ailable electronically to:
Competent Authorities (for the purposes of market surveillance, market analysis, evaluation and c***umer information);Poison Centres or similar bodies established by EU countries (for the purposes of medical treatment).

The CPNP is accessible to:Competent Authorities;European Poison Centres;Co***etic products resp***ible pers***;Distributors of co***etic products.

Products containing nanomaterials
The CPNP also contains a separate module for co***etic products containing nanomaterials. This notification has to be done in addition to the notification under Article 13. If the European Commission has concerns regarding the safety of a nanomaterial, it may request the Scientific Committee on C***umer Safety to perform a risk asses***ent.
产品含有纳米材料
CPNP还包含一个单独模块以针对化妆产品中含纳米材料的。此项产品通报需根据***13条通报外，如果欧盟***会对某种纳米材料的安全性存在疑虑，将会要求欧盟的消费者安全科学***会(SCCS)进行***的安全评估。
