APPLICATION
●Universal hygienic hose specifically designed to convey pharmaceutical, co***etic, chemical and food products within the pharma-co***etic, biotech and food industries.
●Ideal solution to withstand dynamic stress during the transfer of high purity fluids. For suction and delivery purposes.
●Particularly suitable for use on filling machines.
MAIN BENEFITS
●Its inner tube is made of fully perfluorinated material, totally inert, which ensures utmost impermeability and absolutely hygienic and contamination-free delivery of the medium.
●It provides good resistance to extreme temperatures and good resistance to mechanical stress.
●Hoses manufactured in accordance with EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC and following amendments. Our production cycle does not contain animal derivatives, phthalates, adipates and materials subject to restricti*** according to the current European regulati*** (REACH).
STRUCTURE
TUBE
●PFA (Perfluoralkoxy Polymer, PFA), light colour, fully fluorinated, ***ooth, mirror-like.
●Food compliance acc. to: USP Class VI, UNI EN ISO 10993, FDA Standa***, Italian D.M. 21/03/73 and following amendments.
●Good absolute and long-term thermal endurance, resistance to cracking under stress and resistance to bending.
REINFORCEMENTS
●High strength plies of synthetic cord and embedded steel wire helix.
●Two copper wires to ensure dissipation of static electricity.
COVER
●EPDM rubber, blue colour, ***ooth, abrasion, ozone and weather resistant,
cloth finish.
TEMPERATURE RANGE
●From -40°C to +150°C depending on the media conveyed.
