抗磨性是一种与粘度无关,而是通过在油中加入添加剂以在摩擦副对偶面上形成油膜来达到减轻磨损的性能。粘度高不一定润滑性能好,如硅油,但是如粘度低则液体膜太薄不能覆盖表面粗糙度,抗磨性不好,如水。
通过在液压油中添加油性添加剂(油酸、硫化鲸***和硫化烯烃棉子油等)和极压抗磨添加剂(含磷、硫、锌等物质,如二***二***磷酸锌、二硫化钼等,可以高温重载使用),使液压油在金属表面形成的物理或化学吸附膜,这种膜也叫边界膜,边界膜形成摩擦副之间的边界润滑,阻止基体直接接触,有利于减小摩擦和磨损。
