压力阀是靠弹簧力与液体压力的平衡来控制阀体上油道的开闭,系统的***高压力是由溢流阀调定的,系统的
工作压力由外载荷决定。压力阀的工作原理如图1所示,从液压泵来的油进入B腔后,由于两边面积相等,故对阀芯没有轴向推力。在图1(a)所示位置时,弹簧推动阀芯把P口与T口隔断,油液没有泄漏,系统压力升高,A腔内的压力也随之升高,向下压缩弹簧的力不断增大,直至超过弹簧的推力,使阀芯向下运动,如图1(b)所示。由于P口与T口接通,压力油经T口泄回油箱,系统压力下降,A腔压力也随之降低,当油压力低于弹簧力时,阀芯上移,又切断P口与T口的联系,油液不能泄漏,压力又上升,阀芯这样不停地交替动作,系统压力就在动态中实现平衡,稳定在某一值,这就是压力阀的工作原理。
