办理机电证要提供以下资料：
（一）申请报告。
应由进口用户提出申请并盖有公章、内容应含企业概况和拟申请进口的旧机电产品的用途说明等情况。
（二）《机电产品进口申请表》。
应盖有进口用户公章，表的内容需符合申请报告所述，并确认与网上的电子数据一致。
（三）营业执照复印件。有关***应在有效期限内。
申请进口的产品如果涉及***对产品的生产、经营及使用者有相关资格要求的，申请企业应提供***相关部门核发的经营许可证（复印件）。如：《印刷经营许可证》、《水路运输许可证》等。

（四）申请进口的***旧机电产品的制造年限证明材料
（如：产品***初购买时签定的合同，机身（含铭牌）的图片等）。
（五）设备状况说明。 * 注：
1、***旧机电产品进口实行进口许可证管理。***机电办负责******旧机电产品进口管理工作。
2、***旧机电产品进口应由***终用户提出申请。进口***旧机电产品用于翻新（含再制造）的，应由具备从事翻新业务资质的单位提出申请。

从事翻新业务进口***旧机电产品的单位，***规定有资质要求的，除提供第八条所列材料外，还须提供***明文件。

7,进口***旧机电产品经过检验检疫合格后，方可进口。
中华人民共和国海事局及其委托机构负责对进口旧船舶进行检验；中国渔业船舶检验局负责对进口旧渔船进行检验；中国民航总局负责对进口旧飞机进行检验。

第十九条 《进口许可证》一式四联。
进口单位凭《进口许可证》对外签约，向***购汇，并持《进口许可证》（“商品名称”栏后标注“（旧）”字样）和《入境货物通关单》（备注栏内标注“旧机电产品进口备案”字样）向海关办理通关手续,欢迎来电咨询洽谈。
