1、NALC型气体继电器检测台，采用***新的嵌入式系统控制技术，综合用户的实际需求而推出的新一代气体继电器试验检测系统。本系统采用了油泵—流量计连续测量方法，可分别对φ25、φ50、φ80毫米管径的国内外气体继电器的流速、容积和密封进行检测，且实验过程无须人工参与。
2、嵌入的PC系统，采用全彩触摸显示器，可简单直观的对系统进行流速、容积、密封试验的相关操作，并同时编辑打印相关检测报告，且可以保存数据以便随时调阅和打印。由于采用嵌入式设计，由PC控制，操作界面友好，整机自动化程度高等特点。

- 结构特点
（1）外部机柜采用冷扎板折边成型工艺制造，外形尺寸2400×650×1570mm(长×宽×高)，整机总重170kg；
（2）夹紧器采用螺杆棘轮方式夹紧被试件；
（3）油箱采用非承压式结构，侧面设有油位计；
（4）在被试件的安装位置处设有防护罩；
2、电气及控制系统
（1）工作环境：－10~＋50℃，相对湿度<85%；
（2）电气主线路采用AC380V，总功率11KW；
（3）油泵电机采用AC380V，功率5.5KW；
（4）电动执行元件采用AC220V/DC24V电源控制，功率0.25KW；

（8）采用虚拟投影键鼠。此技术为二维投影成像，在触屏前方的工作台面上，投影出一个红色与标键盘大小一致的虚拟投影键盘，操作人员可用此键盘对试验报告内容进行编辑。操作人员还可通过此键盘快捷键，完成键盘和鼠标的切换，并通过虚拟键盘上的快捷键关闭投影键鼠，再通过固定手势打开。
（9）嵌入PC系统可直观的对重***流速、轻***容积、密封检测的单项和综合项目进行操作，并同时编辑打印试验报告；
（10）PC系统内安装由南澳电气自主开发，具有完全知识产权的***测量控制软件，并且可实施网络远程系统升级和维护。
（11）远程技术支持：如现场操作人员需要技术支持，设备只需接入外围网络，远程端技术人员即可对设备进行远程操控及设备软件升级。
