The 5962R0423001VXC is a high-speed, high-performance monolithic 14-bit ADC, which is 100% production tested at 30 MHz and 70 MHz at -55째C to +125째C case temperature. Units are ***ailable in a thermally enhanced 52-lead hermetic ceramic QFP package. The 5962R0423001VXC provides CMOS-compatible digital outputs and is pin-compatible with the commercial AD6645-80.
The 5962R0423001VXC is useful in single and multi-channel/multi-mode digital receivers designed for use in wide channel-bandwidth systems. The high bandwidth and high sample rate support a wide range of input IF frequencies, and eases the burden placed on multimode digital receivers that are typically limited by the ADC.
