1．概况与原理Overview and principle
DZS-300F/450F制动器(简称制动器)是在电源切断或电路故障后通过弹簧施加压力，通过摩擦而达到制动作用，为一种电磁安全制动器。

制动原理：制动器断电时，推力弹簧(3)压紧衔铁(7)，制动盘(9)被夹紧在衔铁(7)和安装联结座(10)之间，制动扭矩通过制动盘的齿圈(9)和齿轮套(8)传递到传动系统中。

3．装配条件Assembly condition
1)电机轴相对于安装孔节距圆的偏心不能超过0.2mm。

2)安装面与电机轴的跳动公差不能超过0.08mm。

3)齿轮套(6)和轴配合选择要避免齿轮套(6)变形，齿轮会导致制动盘(3)卡在齿轮套(6)上，由此导致制动故障。

4)制动盘(9)和制动面一定不能有油或脂。

4．安装Installation
1)将齿轮套(8)安装到电机轴上，配平键，并轴向固定。

2)将安装螺栓(2)用锁紧螺母(1)固定在安装联结座(10)上，暂不锁紧。

3)将安装联结座(10)通过螺钉(11)安装固定在电机盖上，锁紧牢固。

4)将制动盘(9)装配到齿轮套(8)上，并能轴向自由滑动。
The brake disc (9) fitted to the spline sleeve (8) on and can slide axially freely.
5)磁轭组件(6)、衔铁(7)、推力弹簧(3)已通过释放螺钉(12)(共3只)组装成一整体，不需拆卸。

5．气隙的调整Air-gap adjustment |
1)气隙是通过锁紧螺母(5)来调节的，旋紧(顺时针)时气隙渐小，反之气隙渐大。

2)将螺母(4)顺时针旋到气隙调整不干涉的位置。

3)制动器安装气隙为0.8mm，旋动锁紧螺母(5)将6个0.8mm的塞尺或厚度为0.8mm未变形的金属片夹紧在磁轭组件(6)和衔铁(7)之间，塞尺的位置尽量靠近安装螺栓(2)，微微松***紧螺母(5)，以正好抽出塞尺止(尽量少松)。
