SNCR脱硝喷枪双流体喷枪的一般应用：
喷枪采用快速接头连接方式，拆卸方便；

脱硝工艺介绍
SNCR方法主要使用含氮的药剂在982℃附近的温度区域870～1200℃喷入含NO的燃烧产物中，烟气脱硝喷枪，发生还原反应，脱除NO，生成氮气和水。
由于在一定温度范围，有氧气的情况下，氮剂对NOx的还原，在所有其他的化学反应中占主导，表现出选择性，因此称之为选择性非催化还原。
氨水与尿素在脱硝还原反应中的佳温度
1、氨水温度范围较宽，在800～1100℃，还原率50％以上；
2、尿素在900℃还原效率高达到80％以上，方山脱硝喷枪，但温度较窄，要达到50％以上的还原效率，温度需在850～1000℃；
3、 湛流系列喷枪雾化颗粒小，锅炉脱硝喷枪，喷射距离远，电厂脱硝喷枪，能够大程度的增加还原剂与烟气的接触面积，减少反应的时间，提高反应效率，降低还原剂的消耗。
