进口衬氟隔膜阀【欧洲进口***】德国奥莱斯原理：
隔膜阀是在阀体和阀盖内装有一挠性隔膜或组合隔膜，其关闭件是与隔膜相连接的一种压缩装置，其结构形式与一般阀门大不相同，是一种特殊形式的截断阀，它的启闭件由钢质阀瓣与软质材料（橡胶和氟塑料复合）制成的隔膜组成，并将阀体内腔隔开以达到截断管内介质之目的。
Diaphragm valve is a kind of compression device with flexible diaphragm or combined diaphragm in valve body and cover. Its closing part is connected with diaphragm. Its structure is very different from general valve. It is a special type of shutoff valve. Its opening and closing parts are made of steel disc and soft material (rubber and fluoroplastics composite). Membrane composition, and the valve body c***ity is separated to achieve the purpose of cutting off the medium in the pipe.

1、复合隔膜将阀体下部腔与阀盖内腔隔开，并与之形成直流通道，使隔膜上部的阀杆，阀瓣等内件与介质完全隔离，省去填料密封结构，介质的内漏和外漏可同时避免。2、做为执行元件的膜件由于频繁的启闭易产生疲劳断裂，应视工况，介质特性进行定期更换。3、利用FEP（Teflon)氟塑料与全成橡胶复合而成的冠环品牌隔膜的带有Teflon氟塑料衬里层的阀门，可适于除“熔融碱金属、元素氟”外的各种强腐蚀性介质。4、塑料的防腐性能及推荐使用温度见“阀门及管路附件塑料衬里性能表”。
产品技术参数：1.接口尺寸:法兰DN15 —DN 300 ；2.工作压力： 1.6MPA；3.介质温度:按照衬里和隔膜材料 ≤85℃、≤100℃、≤120℃、≤150℃、≤180℃；4.阀体材质:铸钢、不锈钢；5.阀盖材质:铸钢、不锈钢；6.衬里材质:可选性的各种氟塑料；7.阀瓣材质: 铸铁、铸钢、不锈钢；安装说明：1.阀门应存放在干燥通风的室内，严禁堆迭放置。
2.库存阀门的通路两端必须封口，以防***进入内腔而损伤密封部件。且应避免与油类或其它***物品接触。
3.本阀的金属加工表面应清除污垢，并涂以防锈剂。
4.衬胶层或橡胶隔膜表面切勿涂刷油脂类物品，以免产生橡胶溶胀而影响阀门使用寿命。
5.在存放期间或停用期间，应逆时针旋转手轮，使冠环品牌的阀门处于微启状态，避免使隔膜因长期受压而失去弹性。
6.运输过程中或安装时，吊索不得系结在手轮或阀杆上。并严禁与其它金属或硬质物撞击，以防损伤零件和衬层。
