耐腐蚀衬氟闸阀是阀门的一种。衬氟闸阀的启闭件是闸板，闸板的运动方向与流体方向相垂直，闸阀只能作全开和全关，不能作调节和节流。
衬氟阀门又称氟塑料衬里耐腐阀门，是将聚四氟乙烯树脂（或型材经加工）采用模压（或镶嵌）方法置于钢质或铁质的阀门承压件的内壁（同样的方法适用于各类压力容器及管路附件的内衬）或阀门内件的外表面，利用其在抗强腐蚀介质方面的独特性能制做成各类阀门和压力容器。
Corrosion-resistant lining fluoride gate valve is a kind of valve. The opening and closing parts of the fluorine-lined gate valve are gates. The moving direction of the gate is perpendicular to the fluid direction. The gate valve can only be fully opened and closed, and can not be adjusted and throttled.
Fluorine-lined valves, also known as fluoroplastics-lined corrosion-resistant valves, are made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin (or profiles processed) by moulding (or inlaying) method placed on the inner wall of steel or iron valve pressure-bearing parts (the same method applies to the inner lining of various pressure vessels and pipeline accessories) or the outer surface of valve inner parts, using it to resist corrosion. The unique performance of strong corrosive medium makes all kinds of valves and pressure vessels.
【进口衬氟闸阀】特点:
1.采用大楔角设计，保证使用寿命，又使阀门开关力矩小。密封副为FPF（F46）/ FEP（F46）或其它材料组合，摩擦系数小，启闭力矩低；
2.闸板全开后，圆形孔与管道直径相遇，阀门流阻小，只相当于同结构长度的管道直管。
3.衬氟闸阀采用特殊的模压工艺，内部与介质接触的平面都衬上一层塑料（包括填料函），使***致密，耐负压，加之V型PTFE填料组合，使阀门达到零泄漏。
4.闸板和阀杆设计为一体结构，杜绝了由于压力变化引起阀杆冲出承压件内的可能性，根本保证使用中阀门的安全性。
5.支架上装有***螺钉，保证了闸板开关的对中性，避免损坏密封面。
6.介质可从两侧任意方向通过闸阀，适用于介质方向可能改变的管路上作用启闭装置。
【进口衬氟闸阀】用途:
耐腐蚀衬氟闸阀适用在-50℃~150℃的各种浓度的***、盐酸、***和各种有机酸、强酸、强氧化剂，衬氟闸阀FEP还适用于各种浓度的强碱***以及其它腐蚀性气体、液体介质的管路上使用。表面均匀包覆一层FEP。衬氟闸阀阀体通道内表面光滑,流体阻力小,CV值高,流通能力强,扭矩适中,采用四级密封结构并在密封面外配以耐温抗老化的SI橡胶的弹性衬垫阀座,完全达到介质的零泄漏。
