【进口电动高压调节阀】工作原理：
电子式套筒调节阀采用套筒导向，压力平衡型双密封面、单密封面结构，是一种力平衡型的调节阀，阀体结构紧凑，流体通道呈S流线型，优点为压降损失小，流通量大，可调范围广，流量特性精度高。调节阀配用接收ON-OFF或4-20mADC或1～5V的直流信号进行比例动作的小型、坚固、高精度的执行机构，更适用于要求动态稳定性好，噪音低，空化/闪蒸等，高低温，高压差流体控制条件下使用。电子式电动套筒调节阀是由或其它系列电子式一体化(或智能型)电动执行机构和套筒调节机构组成。电子执行机构内有伺服系统，无须另配伺服放大器，有电源及输入讯号即可控制运转。调节机构采用平衡式阀塞结构，具有阀塞稳定性能好，不易产生震动，噪音低，对温度敏***小，允许使用压差较大等特点、电动套筒调节阀适用于流量大、泄漏量要求不严格的场合。套筒调节切断阀若采用了软密封结构，特别适应于即要求调节又要求切断的场合。
Electronic sleeve regulator adopts sleeve-oriented, pressure-balanced double-sealing surface and single-sealing surface structure. It is a force-balanced regulator with compact body structure and S-streamlined fluid passage. It has the advantages of ***all pressure drop, large flow, wide adjustable range and high accuracy of flow characteristics. Regulating valves are equipped with ***all, strong and high precision actuators that receive ON-OFF or 4-20 mADC or 1-5V DC signals for proportional operation. They are more suitable for use under high-low temperature and high-pressure differential fluid control conditi*** requiring good dynamic stability, low noise, c***itation/flash, etc. The electronic electric sleeve regulating valve is composed of other series of electronic integrated (or intelligent) electric actuators and sleeve regulating mechani***s. There is a servo system in the electronic actuator, which can control the operation without additional servo amplifier and power supply and input signal. The regulating mechani*** adopts balanced plug structure, which has the characteristics of good plug stability, low vibration, low noise, low sensitivity to temperature and large allowable pressure difference. The electric sleeve regulating valve is suitable for situati*** with large flow rate and low leakage requirement. If the sleeve regulating shutoff valve adopts soft sealing structure, it is especially suitable for the occasion where both regulation and shutoff are required.

电动高压角型调节阀，是由高压角型调节阀体体配以直行程电子式电动执行机构组成。执行器内含饲服功能，接受统一的4-20mA或1-5V·DC的标准信号，将电流信号转变成相对应的直线位移，自动地控制电动角型调节阀开度，达到对管道内流体的压力、流量、温度、液位等工艺参数的连续调节。电动角式高压调节阀具有动作灵敏、连线简单、流量大、体积小、调节精度高等特点。阀体为直角形，阀芯为单导向结构，阀体流路简单，阻力小。电动高压调节阀特别适用于高粘度，含有悬浮物和颗粒状介质流体的调节，可以避免结焦，堵塞，也便于自洁和水清洗，电动高压角型调节阀一般使用于底进侧出的场合，因为这样可使调节有较好的稳定性
