【进口电动减压阀】产品用途：
电动减压阀主要由阀体、阀座、阀瓣等零件组成，采用双阀座、双锥体阀瓣的结构。电动蒸汽减压阀采用压力平衡式阀瓣、通过阀瓣升降调节压力可配用或其它型直行程电动执行器实现遥控和自动控制。该产品减压比用到0.6较为合适。该产品主要用于蒸汽管路，调节压力。广泛应用在热电联产、轻纺、印染、石化、制糖等行业。
The electric pressure relief valve is mainly composed of valve body, seat, disc and other parts. It adopts the structure of double seat and double cone disc. Electric steam pressure relief valve adopts pressure balancing disc, which can be adjusted by disc lifting and lowering, or other type of direct stroke electric actuator to realize remote control and automatic control. The product is suitable for decompression ratio of 0.6. This product is mainly used in steam pipeline to regulate pressure. Widely used in cogeneration, textile, printing and dyeing, petrochemical, sugar and other industries.

3.2 焊接
焊接属于不可拆式连接，就压力管道而言，焊接是大多数采用的连接方式，工程中普遍采用的有承插焊(SW)、对焊(BW)。
3.2.1 承插焊
通常在≤DN40的管路上采用承插焊，将管路插进去进行焊接，从而实现管与管、管件、阀门的连接。
优点：没有打坡口的问题，没有对口错边的问题，承插口有一定的补强作用。
3.2.2 对焊
通常在≥DN40的管路上采用对焊，广泛应用于石油化工装置中的***、可燃介质，以及其他高的温度-压力参数介质的管道。
优点：焊接性能良好，结构强度高；生产效率高，施工方便，价格便宜，没有泄***；焊接后形成的是环焊缝，便于进行无损检测。
3.3 法兰连接
3.3.1 法兰连接的形式
（1）螺纹连接：管和法兰之间通过螺纹进行连接，一般用在低压或者非关键的场合，不需要焊接。
（2）带颈平焊法兰：管插入法兰，在管路周围进行圆周焊，使用方便，生产中使用很广泛，但对于***、***、高温、高压的场合，不宜采用。
（3）带颈对焊法兰：通过法兰外伸的长颈与管路进行对接焊接，焊接影响区与密封面距离远，避免了密封面的焊接变形影响。一般用在高温、高压、易***的场合较多。
（4）承插焊法兰：将管插入法兰进行焊接，法兰端有承插台，管与法兰通过焊接实现连接。一般用在PN≤10MPa，DN≤40的管道中。
（5）对焊环松套法兰：管路末端与连接件焊接，连接件通过螺栓紧固与法兰进行配合。一般用在低压场合较多，有时考虑节省成本，达到两种不同材质钢的焊接，也多采用这种法兰。因其安装和组对比较容易，所以广泛采用。
（6）法兰盖：用来封闭管路、阀门、泵等的末端，也称作盲法兰，与普通法兰的区别即法兰中间没有开孔，与法兰配对使用。
