热水循环泵是结合国际***技术经改进设计的系列产品。其结构形式为卧式悬架、径向剖分、后开门、中心线支撑的单级单吸蜗壳式离心泵。
·该系列泵在设计上充分考虑了高温高压状态下泵的可靠性：
·在冷却系统上，不仅泵盖和悬架体设有各自冷却腔，悬架体表面还带有散热片结构，冷却效果好；
·轴承选用了圆柱滚子轴承和背靠背双联角接触球轴承的搭配，采用甩油环稀油润滑，承受载荷的能力显著提高；
·泵主轴比普通悬臂泵提高一个规格，并且经过合理的热处理工序，抗扭矩和转子刚性更胜一筹；
·轴封采用单端面、平衡型形式的机械密封，也可采用软填料密封，能适应各种条件下的密封要求；
·加长联轴器结构可不必拆卸管路就能进行泵检修维护，方便实用。
热水循环泵，泵为中心支撑，其转子部件可以在不移动泵体情况下予以拆卸，由于设置了中间联轴器，当拆卸泵时，电动机仍可固定在底盘上，这样就缩短了泵重新装配时所需的时间。
·轴封采用标准结构软填料密封：用于热水时，由填料压盖、填料环、夹金属丝的填料组成，两层填料之间装有四层白色石棉填料。用于热交换介质时，由填料压盖、填料环、夹金属丝的填料组成，两层填料之间装有六层白色石棉填料。
·轴封机械密封用于热水时，为平衡型单端面机械密封，终端有夹层冷却。用于热交换介质时，为非平衡型单端面机械密封，终端有夹层冷却和冷却装置，350℃以下不需冷却，超过350℃时需要冷却。
Hot water circulating pump is a series of products which h***e been improved and designed in combination with international advanced technology. The structure of the centrifugal pump is a single stage single suction volute centrifugal pump with horizontal suspension, radial subdivision, rear door opening and central line support.
· The reliability of the pump under high temperature and high pressure is fully c***idered in the design of this series of pumps.
· In the cooling system, not only the pump cover and the suspension body h***e their own cooling chambers, but also the surface of the suspension body has a radiator structure, which has good cooling effect.
· Cylindrical roller bearings and back-to-back double angular contact ball bearings are selected for the bearings. Oil throwing ring lubrication is used to improve the load bearing capacity significantly.
· The main shaft of the pump is one specification higher than that of the ordinary cantilever pump, and after reasonable heat treatment process, the torque resistance and rigidity of the rotor are better than that of the ordinary cantilever pump.
· Shaft seals are mechanical seals with single end face and balanced type, and can also be sealed with soft packing, which can meet the sealing requirements under various conditi***.
· The structure of the extended coupling can be repaired and maintained without di***antling the pipeline, which is convenient and practical.
Hot water circulating pump, pump as the central support, its rotor components can be disassembled without moving the pump body. Because of the installation of intermediate coupling, when the pump is disassembled, the motor can still be fixed on the chassis, thus shortening the time required for the re-assembly of the pump.
· Axle seals are sealed with standard soft packing: when used in hot water, they are composed of packing cap, packing ring and filler with metal wire. There are four layers of white asbestos filler between the two layers of filler. When used in heat exchange medium, it c***ists of packing cap, packing ring and filler with metal wire. There are six layers of white asbestos filler between the two layers of filler.
· When the mechanical seal of shaft seal is used in hot water, it is a balanced single-end mechanical seal with sandwich cooling at the end. When used in heat exchange medium, it is a non-balanced single-end mechanical seal with interlayer cooling and cooling device at the end. No cooling is needed below 350 C, and cooling is needed over 350 C.
