自吸式磁力驱动泵(以下简称自吸泵)是根据众用户的要求，在磁力泵的基础上吸取国外***新技术，并经过本厂工程技术人员反复研究试验而成功的新产品，其性能达到国外同类产品***水平。自吸式磁力泵以静密封取代动密封，使泵的过流部件处于完全密封状态，泵体及过流部件的材料均采用了耐腐蚀的不锈钢、陶瓷、四氟石墨、碳石墨、硬质合金等材料制造，既有磁力驱动泵的功能，又集自吸于一身，不需底阀和引***，自吸高度4米。
Self-priming magnetic drive pump (hereinafter referred to as self-priming pump) is a new product which has been successfully studied and tested by engineers and technicians of our factory on the basis of the latest foreign technology and according to the requirements of many users. Its performance has reached the advanced level of similar products abroad. The self-priming magnetic pump replaces the dynamic seal with the static seal, which makes the flow passage parts of the pump completely sealed, and completely solves the un***oidable defects of running, falling, dripping and leakage of other pump mechanical seals. The materials of the pump body and the flow passage parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, ceramics, tetrafluorographite, carbon graphite and cemented carbide. Material manufacturing, both magnetic drive pump function, and self-priming in one, without the need for bottom valve and irrigation, self-priming height of 4 meters.

自吸式磁力驱动泵采用外混式轴向回水泵体结构，泵体由吸液室、储液室、蜗壳、回流孔、气液分离室等部份组成。泵启动后，在离心力的作用下，吸水室中的剩余液与进液管路中的空气被叶轮搅拌成气水混合物，混合物经蜗壳进入气液分离室，随着速度减慢，导致气水分离，空气由泵出液口排出，液经回水孔返回泵内，经过多次循环，进液管道中的空气被排净，使泵内形成一定的真空度，达到自吸的作用。
The self-priming magnetic drive pump adopts an external mixing axial backwater pump body structure. The pump body c***ists of a suction chamber, a storage chamber, a volute, a backflow hole and a gas-liquid separation chamber. After the start-up of the pump, under the action of centrifugal force, the residual liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the intake pipeline are stirred by the impeller to form a mixture of gas and water. The mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute. As the speed slows down, the gas and water are separated. The air is discharged from the outlet of the pump, and the liquid is returned to the pump through the return hole, which is recirculated for many times. The air in the liquid pipeline is exhausted to form a certain degree of vacuum in the pump to achieve the function of self-priming.
安装使用：
一、泵使用前应进行检查、电机风叶转动要灵活、无卡住及异声现象，各紧固件要牢固。
二、拧开泵上方的加水螺栓，加入储液水不少于泵体容积的三分之二，旋紧螺栓。
三、接上电源试转一下，从电机端看，动转是否与泵转向标记一致。
四、泵停止工作前，先关闭排出阀门，再关闭电源，***后关闭吸入管阀门。
