●在运行过程中，如有纤维状杂物缠绕在转刷轴上，应及时清理，以免影响机器的正常运行。
●应根据垃圾量的多少，定期清理挂在卸料板上的垃圾。
●在机器正常运行时，每月须用黄油枪在各润滑部位的油嘴中注一次钙基润滑脂。
●减速机中的润滑油须定期更换，一般设备投入正常使用后半个月需更换新油，以后每隔三个月更换一次，平时应注意减速机油位。

常见故障：电机发热或有异样响声。
故障原因：设备过载而导致电机减速机负荷加大。
排除方法：1、切断电源，停止运行。
2、查清设备过载原因，主要查看是否有杂物卡住耙链，如有 将其清除。
3、耙齿受重击变形，须更换或卸下整形。
4、耙链中链板条磨损或脱落，须更换或修复。
更换步骤：
（1）用手摇把插入电机尾部方榫内，将须更换的磨损链板条摇至检修孔，采用电控箱上的点动开关控制电机减速机，将其运转至检修孔；
（2）卸去检修孔的边板手把；
（3）用两根铁棒将耙齿链卡住；
（4）用卡簧钳将须更换链板条的耙齿链上的卡簧卸去；
（5）将两根耙齿链销轴抽出，更换上新的链板条，再将销轴插入，依次将卡簧装上。
（6）装好检修孔边把手即可。
（7）确***载原因排除后，方可开机。

Replacement steps:

(2) Remove the side handles of the manhole;
