德国KAYSEN凯森进口加药搅拌机概述
进口加药搅拌机装置，在水处理工程中加药箱主要用于各种药剂的搅拌、溶解、储存，再通过计量泵或水射器将药液投加到各投加点。加药箱外形分为方形和圆形，材质为聚乙烯（PE），通过滚塑技术一次成型，上部预设了计量泵及搅拌机的安装位置，搅拌机、加药箱、计量泵三合一，使用非常方便。
主要特点：

进口加药搅拌机搅拌注意事项：
●搅拌器需有正确的安装和使用才能保证安全长周期的稳定运行。
●安装人员应有相应的资质和熟悉机械设备安装知识的人员来进行安装工作。
●搅拌器需垂直安装，垂直度偏差应不大于5度。
●搅拌系统严禁搅拌固体和粘度大的液体。
●电机和轴承温度不能在超过75℃情况下运行。
●电机和轴承及变速箱不能在缺润滑油情况下运行。
●搅拌器轴和叶片不能在弯曲或变形情况下运行。如发现轴有弯曲现象或叶片有变形现象则应立即停机进行处理或更换。

● The stirrer should be installed vertically, and the deviation of verticality should be no more than 5 degrees.
● Stirring system is strictly prohibited to stir solid and viscous liquid.
● Motor and bearing temperatures cannot be operated above 75 °C.
● Motors and bearings and gearboxes cannot be operated without lubricant.
• The agitator shaft and blades cannot be operated under bending or deformation. If the shaft is found to be bent or the blade is deformed, stop it immediately for disposal or replacement.
