德国KAYSEN凯森进口容积泵概述
利用泵缸内容积的变化来输送液体的泵。
往复泵：
往复泵是利用活塞的往复运动来输送液体的泵，靠活塞的往复运动将能量直接以静压能的形式传送液体。由于液体是不可压缩的，所以在活塞压送液体时，可以使液体承受很高的压强，从而获得很高的扬程。
转子泵：
转子泵由静止的泵壳和旋转的转子组成，它没有吸入阀和排出阀，靠泵体内的转子与液体接触的一侧将能量以静压力形式直接作用于液体，并借旋转转子的挤压作用排出液体，同时在另一侧留出空间，形成低压，使液体连续吸入。转子泵的压头较高，流量通常较小，排液均匀，适用于输送粘度高，具有润滑性，但不含固体颗粒的液体。类型有齿轮泵、螺杆泵、滑片泵，挠性叶轮泵、罗茨泵、旋转活塞泵等，其中齿轮泵和螺杆泵是***常见的转子泵。
主要特点：
●具有离心泵运转的平稳性，无噪声（仅听到电机声)，无漏油现象，不需污油回收装置及水冷却等附属设备；
●具有容积式泵效率高的特点，且压力变化时排量恒定（定速)；
●泄漏点少、维护量小、维修费用低、维修时间短，但是螺杆泵主要用于输送高粘度的油品，输送稀油的效率比较低，且出口压力不能过高，否则内漏增加，影响泵的安全使用，同时螺杆泵对流量的变化适应差，对于流量变化大的管道需要设置变频器等额外设备来调整泵流量。
主要应用：
适用介质有***、柴油、煤油，还有专门设计特殊介质中使用的潜油泵，如100%***、100%乙醇、超过15%******、***、***乙酯、***等。

Reciprocating pump:
A reciprocating pump is a pump that uses a reciprocating motion of a piston to deliver liquid. The reciprocating motion of the piston transfers energy directly in the form of static pressure energy. Since the liquid is incompressible, the liquid can be subjected to a high pressure when the piston is pumping the liquid, thereby obtaining a high lift.
Rotor pump:
The rotor pump c***ists of a stationary pump casing and a rotating rotor. It has no suction valve and discharge valve. The side of the pump body that is in contact with the liquid in the pump body directly applies energy to the liquid in the form of static pressure, and is squeezed by the rotating rotor. The action discharges the liquid while le***ing space on the other side to form a low pressure for continuous inhalation of the liquid. The rotor pump has a high pressure head, a ***all flow rate and a uniform discharge. It is suitable for conveying liquids with high viscosity and lubricity but no solid particles. Types include gear pumps, screw pumps, vane pumps, flexible impeller pumps, Roots pumps, rotary piston pumps, etc. Among them, gear pumps and screw pumps are the most common rotor pumps.

●It has the ***oothness of the operation of the centrifugal pump, no noise (only the sound of the motor is heard), no oil leakage, no need for auxiliary equipment such as sewage recovery device and water cooling;
●It has the characteristics of high efficiency of volumetric pump, and the displacement is c***tant when the pressure changes (fixed speed);
●Low leakage point, low maintenance, low maintenance cost and short maintenance time, but the screw pump is mainly used to transport high viscosity oil. The efficiency of conveying thin oil is relatively low, and the outlet pressure can not be too high, otherwise the internal leakage will increase. It affects the safe use of the pump, and the screw pump adapts to the change of the flow rate. For the pipeline with large flow change, additional equipment such as frequency converter is needed to adjust the pump flow.

Applicable mediums include gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and submersible pumps specially designed for use in special media, such as 100% methanol, 100% ethanol, more than 15% methanol gasoline, isopropanol, ethyl acetate, toluene, etc.
