德国KAYSEN凯森进口磁力旋涡泵概述

叶轮是一个圆盘,圆周上的叶片呈***状均匀排列。泵体和叶轮间形成环形流道,吸入口和排出口均在叶轮的外圆周处。吸入口与排出口之间有隔板,由此将吸入口和排出口隔离开。我们将泵内的液体分为两部分:叶片间的液体和流道内的液体。当叶轮旋转时,在离心力的作用下,叶轮内液体的圆周速度大于流道内液体的圆周速度,故形成图1所示的“环形流动”。又由于自吸入口至排出口液体跟着叶轮前进,这两种运动的合成结果,就使液体产生与叶轮转向相同的“纵向旋涡”。因而得到旋涡泵之名。需要特别指出的是,液体质点在泵体流道内的圆周速度小于叶轮的圆周速度。在纵向旋涡过程中,液体质点多次进入叶轮叶片间,通过叶轮叶片把能量传递给流道内的液体质点。液体质点每经过一次叶片,就获得一次能量。这也是相同叶轮外径情况下,旋涡泵比其它叶片泵扬程高的原因。并不是所有液体质点都通过叶轮,随着流量的增加,“环形流动”减弱。当流量为零时,“环形流动”***强,扬程***高。由于流道内液体是通过液体撞击而传递能量。


主要特点:

●随输送介质介质黏度增加,泵的效率急剧下降,因而介质度因不大于5×10 -6 M 3 /S。

 

主要应用:
广泛应用于化工、制药、石油、电镀、食品、电影照相洗印、科研机构。国防工业等单位抽送酸、碱液、油类、稀有贵重液、毒液、挥发性液体,以及循环水设备配套、过滤机配套。

安装使用与维护:

安装和使用
●磁力泵应水平安装,不宜竖立,对于特殊要求垂直安装的场合,电机务必朝上。
●当抽吸液面高于泵轴心线时,起动前打开吸入管道阀门即可,若抽吸液面低于泵轴心线时,管道需配备底阀。
●泵使用前应进行检查,电机风叶转动要灵活,无卡住及异常声响,各紧固件要紧固。
●检查电机旋转方向是否与磁力泵转向标记一致。
●泵起动前先打开进出口阀门,待泵进入正常工作状态后,再将排出阀调到所需开度。
●泵停止工作前,应先全开排出阀门,然后停机再关闭吸入管阀门。特别是易漏、***、***液体的抽送,选用此泵则更为理想。

使用注意事项:
●因磁力泵轴承的冷却和润滑是靠被输送的介质,所以***禁止空运转,同时避免在工作中途停电后再启动时所造成空载运转。
●被辅送介质中,若含有固体颗粒,泵入口要加过滤网:如含有铁磁质微粒,需加磁性过滤器。
●泵在使用中环境温度应小于40℃,电机温升不得超过75℃。
●被输送的介质及其温度应小于100℃,密度不大于1600kg/m3,粘度不大于5×10-6m2/S的不含硬颗粒和纤维的液体。
●对于输送液为易沉淀结晶的介质,使用后应及时清洗,排净泵内积液。
●磁力泵运行1500小时后,应拆检轴承和端面动环的磨损情况,若轴承和轴套的间隙大于0.5~1mm,叶轮轴向窜动1.5~2mm时,应更换轴承和轴向动环。
●本系列泵在使用时必须有***人员进行安装,安装时必须有效接地,详见接线图。
●本系列泵内外联轴器采用高性能永磁材料,可能对下列器件产生潜在危害,请将下列器件与本系列泵保持距离。如:心脏起博器、***卡、磁卡、计算器、计算机磁盘、手表等。

Germany KAYSEN  imported magnetic vortex pump overview

The impeller is a disc with the blades on the circumference arranged radially evenly. An annular flow path is formed between the pump body and the impeller, and the suction port and the discharge port are both at the outer circumference of the impeller. There is a partition between the suction port and the discharge port, thereby isolating the suction port and the discharge port. We divided the liquid in the pump into two parts: the liquid between the blades and the liquid in the flow channel. When the impeller rotates, the circumferential velocity of the liquid in the impeller is greater than the peripheral velocity of the liquid in the flow channel by the centrifugal force, so that the "annular flow" shown in Fig. 1 is formed. Since the liquid from the suction port to the discharge port follows the impeller, the combination of these two movements causes the liquid to produce the same "longitudinal vortex" as the impeller. Thus the name of the vortex pump is obtained. It should be particularly pointed out that the circumferential velocity of the liquid particle in the pump flow channel is ***aller than the circumferential speed of the impeller. During the longitudinal vortex, the liquid particles enter the impeller blades multiple times, and the energy is tran***itted to the liquid particles in the flow passage through the impeller blades. Each time the liquid particle passes through the blade, it gains an energy. This is also the reason why the vortex pump has a higher lift than other vane pumps with the same outer diameter of the impeller. Not all liquid particles pass through the impeller, and as the flow increases, the "annular flow" weakens. When the flow rate is zero, the "circular flow" is the strongest and the lift is the highest. The liquid in the flow channel transfers energy through the impact of the liquid.

Installation and maintenance:

Installation and use
● The magnetic pump should be installed horizontally and should not be erected. For special installati*** where the vertical installation is required, the motor must face upwa***.
● When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump shaft line, open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump shaft line, the pipe should be equipped with a bottom valve.
● The pump should be inspected before use. The motor blades should be flexible to rotate, no jamming and abnormal sound, and the fasteners should be fastened.
● Check that the motor rotation direction is c***istent with the magnetic pump steering mark.
● Open the inlet and outlet valves before starting the pump. After the pump enters the normal working state, adjust the discharge valve to the required opening degree.
● Before the pump stops working, the valve should be fully opened and then closed and the suction pipe valve closed. Especially for the pumping of leaky, flammable and explosive liquids, it is more ideal to use this pump.

Precauti*** for use:
●Because the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearing is based on the medium to be transported, it is absolutely forbidden to operate in a dry manner, and at the same time ***oid the no-load operation caused by the power failure after the power is turned off.
● If the solid medium is contained in the auxiliary medium, a filter should be added to the pump inlet: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter is required.
● The ambient temperature of the pump should be less than 40 °C during use, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 °C.
● The medium to be transported and its temperature should be less than 100 ° C, the density is not more than 1600 kg / m3, and the viscosity is not more than 5 × 10-6 m2 / S of liquid without hard particles and fibers.
● For the medium that is easy to precipitate and crystallize the transport liquid, it should be cleaned in time after use, and the liquid in the pump should be drained.
● After the magnetic pump is running for 1500 hours, the wear of the bearing and the end moving ring should be disassembled. If the clearance between the bearing and the bushing is greater than 0.5~1mm and the impeller axially moves 1.5~2mm, the bearing and axial moving ring should be replaced. .
● This series of pumps must be installed by professionals when using them. It must be grounded effectively during installation. See the wiring diagram for details.
●The internal and external couplings of this series of pumps use high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may cause potential damage to the following devices. Please keep the distance between the following devices and this series of pumps. Such as: cardiac pacemaker, credit card, magnetic card, calculator, computer disk, watch, etc.
