罗茨鼓风机是一种传统的容积式鼓风机,与螺杆鼓风机一样,它结构简单可靠,也具有强制送风的特点,可自适应污水处理应用中的压力变化,具有25~100%区间的变频调节范围。在低压力段(0.5Bar以下),效率不错,而且价格便宜,具有良好的性价比。但是罗茨鼓风机没有内压缩,本身不产生压力,需要完全依靠背压,因此总体效率不佳,气流脉动较大,噪音在3种污水处理鼓风机中也是***大的,工况压力越高,这些缺点就越明显。离心鼓风机又可分为多种,如多级离心鼓风机、单级高速离心鼓风机以及磁悬浮、空气悬浮离心鼓风机。这里螺杆鼓风机厂家仅以磁悬浮式与空气悬浮式离心鼓风机为例。这两种离心式鼓风机都利用离心原理,结构和控制都较为复杂,采用磁悬浮与空气悬浮轴承,不需要润滑油无摩擦,因此在3种污水处理鼓风机中,它们效率高、噪音小,风量大。
磁悬浮与空气悬浮式离心鼓风机优点突出,但其核心悬浮轴承技术复杂,因此对工况要求较高,变频范围较窄(40~100%范围),且不适应频繁启停,购置价格及一旦维修,成本很高。
应用领域:
1、工况稳定,且实际运行工况与设计工况接近。
2、工况环境条件处理较好。
3、长期连续运行,无频繁启停。
相反的,如果工况条件较差,且风量风压的工况因素变化大、需要频繁启停等场合就不适合用离心式鼓风机了。另外虽然磁悬浮及空气悬浮离心式鼓风机具有上面所说的优势,但在小流量的污水处理领域,效率优势不大,对比价格及维护费用上的差距,并不具有性价比。同时磁悬浮与空气悬浮离心鼓风机都是单级离心风机,工作压力一般不超过1Bar,如果工况压力大于1Bar,一般就需要多级离心风机。
