产品概述：
罗茨水环机组是由罗茨泵作为主抽泵，或罗茨--水环机组作为前级泵组成的抽气机组。它除了可以用来抽除一般气体外，还可以抽吸含有水分、有机溶剂或少量灰尘的气体。与一般机械真空泵相比，不怕油污染，不怕水气及微尘，而与一般的水环式真空泵相比，具有真空度高以及在高真空度工况下抽速大的特点。由于采用了高效节能的水环泵用为前级泵，所以真空机组比系列具有效率高、结构紧凑、无泄漏（泵为机械密封设计，不同于系列的盘根密封）、耐腐蚀、防护等级高等优点。罗茨真空泵采用了自行研发的罗茨真空泵，我公司将泵腔与轴承腔的密封进行改进后的罗茨真空泵在抽除大量水蒸汽及各类溶剂的工艺中泵油不易乳化。罗茨水环真空机组的前级泵的工作液多采用水，也可采用有机溶剂（可用甲醇、乙醇、二甲苯等有机溶剂）或其它液体，将前级泵作为闭路循环系统使用，大大减小了对环境的污染，同时大大提高了对有机溶剂的回收。其极限真空度由工作液的饱和蒸汽压决定。
工作原理：
被抽气体从吸气口进入液环真空泵/压缩机，经液环真空泵/压缩机压缩后与部分工作液一起进入气液分离器，在气液分离器内气液两相得到分离，气体从排气口排出，工作液经换热器被液环泵/压缩机吸入进行循环使用。
液环泵在工作过程中会产生热量，主要热量包括：真空泵/压缩机的无效功率；吸入气体温度较高带来的热量；吸入气体含有可凝性气体在压缩过程中释放出相变热。换热器的主要作用是通过冷却水冷却工作液，使工作液温度保持在合理的范围之内。
The pumped gas enters the liquid-ring vacuum pump/compressor from the suction port, and enters the gas-liquid separator together with part of the working fluid after compression by the liquid-ring vacuum pump/compressor. The gas is separated from the gas-liquid two-phase separator, and the gas is discharged from the exhaust port. The working fluid is inhaled by the liquid-ring pump/compressor through the heat exchanger for circulation.
The heat generated by the liquid ring pump in the working process includes the invalid power of the vacuum pump/compressor, the heat brought by the higher temperature of the inhaled gas, and the phase change heat released by the inhaled gas containing condensable gas in the compression process. The main function of heat exchanger is to keep the working fluid temperature within a reasonable range by cooling the working fluid with cooling water.

1. Pump impeller: Hydraulic form conforms to API685 standard. It is the main characterization component of the hydraulic performance of the magnetic pump.
