氟塑料管道泵运行注意事项
一、轴承工作是否正常
1. 油温:不要超过60℃。 2.油位:无油环的滚动轴承,油面应不低于滚珠中心;有油环的轴承,油面应能埋浸油环直径的五分之一。为了监视油位,轴承上设有油面计或油标。 3.油质情况:不能进水进杂质,不能乳化或变黑。 4.有否异音:特别是滚动轴承,损坏时一般会出现异常声音。 氟塑料泵运行中
二、真空表、压力表、电流表读数是否正常
1.真空表指针不能摆动过大,如摆动过大有可能是入口发生了汽化。另外真空表读数也不能过高,过高可能是入口门堵塞卡住、或入口门瓣脱落、吸水池水位降低等。 2.压力表读数过低,可能是泵内部件工作不良、密封环严重磨损等。另外系统需水量大时,泵出口压力也会降低。 3.电流表读数过大,可能是供水量大、泵内发生了摩擦等。如电流表读数过小,说明泵已落水或外界不需要那么多的水量。
三、泵体是否有振动
氟塑料泵的振动幅度一般不超过0.08毫米。振动原因有: 1.氟塑料泵和电机的中心不正。 2.泵体或电机的地脚螺丝松动,或基础不牢固。 3.轴承盖紧力不够。使轴瓦在体内出现了跳动。 4.转子质量不平衡。 5.蜗壳泵,特别是有些高扬程的蜗壳泵,在小流量时,也会有不同程度的振动,这是因为此时转子上有径向力的作用。在出口阀门开启到一定大时,振动即行消失。
四、填料工作是否正常
1. 应能稍许滴水,不要过紧,否则会发热冒烟。但过松也会大量漏水,容易窜到轴承里使油乳化。
2.应定期更换填料,发硬了就不起轴封作用。浸泡时间长了也会使填料槽烂。

Third, the pump body has vibration

Fourth, the filler work is normal

2. The packing should be replaced regularly. If it is hard, it will not seal the shaft. A long soaking time will also cause the packing groove to rot.
