Stainless steel screw pump is a kind of volume pump based on Archimedes screw pump. It relies on the screw shaft (rotor) and rubber sleeve (stator) to mesh with each other. When the power end drives the rotor around the stator center through universal joint, the rotor and stator are continuously meshed to form a vacuum chamber. These vacuum chambers move uniformly in the axial direction. The conveying medium is conveyed from the inlet to the outlet, and the medium in the suction vacuum chamber flows through the stator without being disturbed or destroyed. The technical structure of stainless steel screw pump is more reasonable, the pitch is shortened and the volume is reduced. The universal joint can effectively reduce the mechanical vibration of the pump and make the pump life longer after optimization.
