进口磁力管道离心泵（BACH）产品介绍：

进口磁力管道离心泵（BACH）安装说明：
一)泵使用前将循环液二个接口用皮管联接起来；
(二)检查电机风叶转动是否灵活，有无卡住及异常声响，各紧固件是否紧固。
(三)当抽吸液面高于泵进出口口径的中心线时，起动前打开吸入管道阀门即可，若抽吸液面低于进出口口径中心线时，管道需配备底阀。
(四)检查电机旋转方向是否与泵转向标记一致。
(五)电机启动后，缓慢打开排出阀，待泵进入正常工作状态后屑，再将排出阀调到所需开度。
(六)泵停止工作前，应先关闭排出阀门，然后关闭吸入管阀门。
1) Connect the two interfaces of circulating liquid with a skin tube before the pump is used;
(2) Check whether the wind blades of the motor rotate flexibly, whether there are clamps and abnormal sounds, and whether the fasteners are fastened.
(3) When the suction level is higher than the center line of the inlet and outlet caliber of the pump, open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction level is lower than the center line of the inlet and outlet caliber, the pipeline shall be equipped with a bottom valve.
(4) Check whether the direction of motor rotation is c***istent with the marking of pump steering.
(5) After starting the motor, slowly open the discharge valve, and then adjust the discharge valve to the required opening after the pump enters the normal working state.
(6) Before the pump stops working, the discharge valve should be closed first, and then the suction pipe valve should be closed.

注意事项：
(一)因管道泵轴承的冷却和润滑是靠被输送的介质，所以***禁止空运转，同时避免在工作中途停电后再启动时所造成的空载运转。
(二)被输送介质中，若含有固体颗粒，泵入口要加过滤网，如含有铁磁质微粒，需加磁性过滤器。
(三)泵在使用中环境温度应小于4O℃，电机温升不得超过75℃。
(四)被输送的介质及其温度应在泵材允许范围内(详见耐腐蚀性能表)。工程塑料泵的使用温度<6O℃，吸入压力不大于0.1MPa，***大工作压力为O.6MPa；金属泵的使用温度<8O℃，输送吸入压力不大于O.2MPa，***大工作压力1.6MPa、密度不大于16OOkg/m3，粒度不大于3O×1O-6m2/S(厘沲)的不含铁磁性颗粒、硬颗粒和纤维的液体(若超过该范围，订货时必须说明，方可正常使用)。
(五)对于输送液为易沉淀结晶的介质，使用后应及时清洗，排净泵内积液。
(1) Because the cooling and lubrication of pipeline pump bearings depend on the medium being transported, it is absolutely prohibited to operate empty, and at the same time ***oid the idle operation caused by restarting after power failure in the middle of work.
(2) If solid particles are contained in the medium being transported, a filter screen shall be added to the inlet of the pump. If ferromagnetic particles are contained, a magnetic filter shall be added.
(3) The ambient temperature of the pump in use shall be less than 4O C, and the temperature rise of the motor shall not exceed 75 C.
(4) The medium to be transported and its temperature shall be within the allowable range of the pump material (see the corrosion resistance table for details). The operating temperature of engineering plastics pump is < 6O C, the suction pressure is not more than 0.1MPa and the maximum working pressure is O.6MPa; the operating temperature of metal pump is < 8O C, the suction pressure is not more than O.2MPa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa, the density is not more than 16OOkg/m3, and the particle size is not more than 3O *1O-6m2/S (Lishu) without ferromagnetic particles, hard particles and fibers. Dimensional liquids (if they exceed this range, they must be specified when ordering before they can be used normally).
(5) For the conveying fluid, which is easy to precipitate and crystallize, it should be cleaned in time after use, and the liquid accumulated in the pump should be discharged.
