泵系卧式、单吸、分段式多级离心泵。泵的吸入口为水平方向,吐出口为垂直向上;泵的吐出口和吸入口(仅吸入口为水平方向)均垂直向上。用拉紧螺栓将泵的吸入段、中段、吐出段、轴承体等泵壳体部分联结成一体。根据泵的扬程选择泵的级数。 该系列泵转子部分主要由轴及安装在轴上的叶轮、轴套、平衡盘等零件组成,其中叶轮的数量根据泵的级数而定。轴上零件用平键和轴螺母紧固使之与轴成为一体。整个转子由两端滚动轴承或滑动轴承支承。轴承按型号不同而定,均不承受轴向力,其轴向力由平衡盘平衡。泵在运行中允许转子在泵壳中轴向游动,不能采用向心球轴承。滚动轴承用油脂润滑,滑动轴承用稀油润滑,并用油环进行自润滑,循环水冷却。 泵的吸入段、中段、吐出段之间的密封面均采用二硫化钼润滑脂密封,转子部分与固定部分之间装有密封环、导叶套等进行密封,当密封环和导叶套的磨损程度已影响泵的工作性能时应予更换。 轴的密封形式有机械密封和填料密封两种。泵大多采用填料密封,泵一般采用机械密封。泵采用填料密封时,填料环的位置安放要正确,填料的松紧程度必须适当,以液体能一滴一滴渗出为宜。泵各种密封元件装在密封箱内,箱内要通入一定压力的水,起水封、水冷或水润滑作用。在轴封处装有可更换的轴套,保护泵轴。该系列泵通过弹性联轴器由原动机直接驱动。
The pump is a horizontal, single-suction, sectional multi-stage centrifugal pump. The suction inlet of the pump is horizontal and the exhaust outlet is vertical upward; the exhaust outlet and the suction outlet of the pump (only the inhalation outlet is horizontal) are vertical upward. The suction section, the middle section, the exhaust section and the bearing body of the pump are joined together by the tension bolt. Choose the pump series according to the pump head. The rotor part of this series of pumps is mainly composed of shaft and impeller, sleeve and balancing disk mounted on the shaft. The number of impellers depends on the number of stages of the pump. Shaft parts are fastened with flat keys and shaft nuts to integrate with the shaft. The whole rotor is supported by rolling bearings or sliding bearings at both ends. Bearings are not subject to axial force, which is balanced by balancing disc, depending on the type of bearing. In the operation of the pump, the rotor is allowed to move axially in the pump housing, and the centripetal ball bearing can not be used. Rolling bearings are lubricated with grease, sliding bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and oil rings are used for self-lubrication and circulating water cooling. Molybdenum disulfide grease is used to seal the sealing surface between the suction section, the middle section and the exhaust section of the pump. Sealing rings and guide vane sleeves are installed between the rotor and the fixed part to seal. When the wear degree of the sealing rings and guide vane sleeves has affected the working performance of the pump, they should be replaced. There are two kinds of sealing forms of shaft: mechanical seal and packing seal. Most of the pumps are sealed with fillers, and the pumps are generally sealed with mechanical seals. When the pump is sealed with packing, the position of packing ring should be placed correctly, the tightness of packing must be appropriate, and it is appropriate for liquid to seep out drop by drop. Various sealing elements of the pump are packed in the sealed box, which should be filled with water under certain pressure to act as water seal, water cooling or water lubrication. A replaceable sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft. The series of pumps are directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling.
