泵主要由泵体、泵盖、转子部件（叶轮、轴、轴套、轴承体等）、密封环等零部件组成。壳体为中开式设计，易于拆卸，检修及更换零件时，无需移动泵体及进出口管路。叶轮采用相邻叶片交错设计，使双吸叶轮两侧进水后，水力脉冲降到***低，降低振动和噪声。采用具有专利的大轴承体结构，对泵体轴承体安装位置进行独特的设计，大轴承体结构轴承即可用油脂润滑也可稀油润滑，所用SG型泵轴承体均通冷却水，保证轴承全工况条件下均能安全稳定运行。
