液压管路中的油液,由于其相互间的摩擦及油与管壁之间的摩擦所生成的热,是油温上升,一般而言石油系的液压油限于55度,在此温度以上时,由于粘度减低,增加漏油,阀的性能降低,泵的效率也下降,油的劣化等问题也随之而生,为防止以上缺点,故使用冷却器。
目前的产品种类有:
1、KMLC系列油冷却器是由一般的裸管式冷却管结构而成,因管数多,排列密集,散热效果***佳。
2、HT系列油冷却器是由附有铁片的冷却管结构而成,能增加冷却面积,使冷却器小型化。
3、HH系列油冷却器是由一般的裸管式冷却管结构而成,易于清洗,为一般用经清型冷却器。
4、DT油冷却器是由滚牙式冷却管而成,滚出的牙面,散热面积较大。
发热量大于散热量,相差的热量若用冷却器则可防止油温上升,此称为冷却器的热交换量Q,根据此Q选定冷却器,计算所用记号如表A。

2、冷却水出口温度t2(℃)
相对于冷却水出口温度的冷却水量的比率油: 冷却水=1:0.5~1 (注)此时冷却水的流速(冷却水出入配管内流速)须在0.5~1.5m/s的范围
t2=Q/60*WT+t1(℃)。
3、平均温度差△tm(℃)
以作动油与冷却水出口、入口温度差为基准,求对数平均温度差△tm。
对数平均温度差
做动油T1→T2
冷却水t2→t1
△t1=T1-t2,△t2=T2-t1
由上式△t1与△t2,补正如下:由表B所求的对数平均温度差△t'm,乘上补正系数X,X如下图所示,由表C求得。

注:补正系数求自温度效率和容量比,如表C所示。
4、传热面积A(m²)
A=Q/(△tm*K)。
5、总括传热系数K(Kcal/m²℃*h)
K值视冷却水量‘液压油粘度的不同而异,一般为K=200~650Kcal/m²℃*h,KOMPASS多管式冷却器,K=350~500Kcal/m²℃*h
1/K=d1/(d2hr)+1/hs+rs。
6、由马达输出功率,算出必要交换热量
发热量E(Kcal/hr)=输出功率W(KW)*860

热交换系数
一般机械无热源者取0.4~0.6
塑胶机械、压铸机械等有热源者取0.6~0.8 。
